I have been very pleased by the consistent responsiveness from the Executive Director and the Nursing Director. Both have shown me so much empathy and compassion when discussing my mom’s ongoing health concerns. This has helped me feel supported through some difficult times.

We searched for a new home for my in-laws. We finally decided that Bear Creek would be their new home. The staff are welcoming and sincere. The caregivers have done an amazing job. My inlaws have been well taken care of.

The facility is wonderful! The building is updated, clean, beautiful front porch area, lots of nice common areas to spent time as well as really nice bedrooms. They offer a lot of fun activities through out the day and involve family often in enjoyable events. The food is excellent. The staff is kind, patient and responsive to needs. Overall great experience!
